1. In the Beginning

This agreement defines the principles of interaction between customers and Tase Co., and the rights and duties of each party. By dealing with Tase Co., you agree to this agreement.

2. Customer Rights

  1. Tase Co. commits to providing high-quality, exclusive products and services to its clients. The company also commits to preserving the customs of electronic transactions and ensuring all customer rights.
  2. The company is committed to delivering services and products as agreed upon or as listed on its official website or social media pages, unless otherwise agreed. The company ensures confidentiality of all customer personal information.
  3. Tase Co. is committed to providing professional technical support for all of its products and services.

3. Design Services

  1. These are divided into: Graphic design services, website design services, and printing design services.
  2. Tase Co. does not execute designs that contain female images or any content contrary to Islamic law.
  3. Clients may request designs with colors and concepts of their choosing but may not request the copying of existing designs under copyright.
  4. Clients have the right to request three revisions with valid reasons.
  5. Once final design approval is granted, the project moves to the coding and development department.
  6. Any additional features requested by the client may incur extra charges.
  7. Tase Co. commits to the delivery time agreed upon, but additional features may extend the time.
  8. Clients may not remove Tase Co.’s credits from the site without written permission.

4. Programming Services

  1. These include web programming, mobile application development for Android and iOS, and WordPress services.
  2. Clients should provide all necessary information and instructions.
  3. Additional revisions must not interfere with the base structure of the app.
  4. Tase Co. reserves the right to choose the appropriate programming language and execution method.

5. Archiving and Technical Support Services

  1. Clients must provide all necessary information for their request.
  2. SEO and marketing results take time to manifest.

6. Financial Transactions

  1. Clients are required to pay 50% of the agreed amount after the contract is made for archiving, technical support, and marketing services.
  2. Tase Co. is not responsible for any transactions made outside of its official channels.
  3. If the client does not respond within 45 days, Tase Co. reserves the right to terminate the contract.
  4. Clients should not make any payments before the full agreement on the project.
